Derwin gray
Derwin L. Gray is the Lead Pastor of Transformation Church, a multiethnic, multigenerational community in South Carolina. A former NFL player with the Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers, Derwin and his wife, Vicki, began their faith journey during his football career, launching One Heart At A Time Ministries in 1999.
After earning his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees, Derwin answered God’s call to pastoral ministry, founding Transformation Church in 2010. Known for his dynamic speaking style and passion for cultural transformation, he teaches at conferences nationwide.
Derwin is also a bestselling author, with works including Limitless Life, The Good Life, Building a Multiethnic Church, and How to Heal the Racial Divide. He and Vicki have been married since 1992 and have two children.
Dustin woodward
Dustin Woodward is the Lead Pastor of Citizen Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Growing up in a pastor’s home, Dustin experienced first-hand what it takes to lead a church with integrity and vision. He is passionate about discipleship and helping people encounter Jesus in ways that bring lasting transformation.
Before stepping into his role as Lead Pastor, Dustin built thriving youth and young adult ministries at Citizen Church, which continue to flourish today. Known for his engaging, practical teaching style, he speaks regularly at conferences and events across the country, inspiring people to live out their faith with boldness.
Dustin is married to Mandy, and they serve together in ministry.
Nirup Alphonse
Nirup Alphonse is the Lead and Founding Pastor of LIFEGATE, a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural church in Denver, Colorado. As a preacher, he has a unique way of proclaiming God's Word while weaving in stories, humor, and practical takeaways. Outside of his love for Jesus and the local church, he loves his family, reading, and his new hobby - cooking. He has been married to his wife Hannah for 14 years, and together they teach, coach, and mentor other young couples, especially in the dynamic of
inter-racial marriage. They have three young sons Jaihan, Elijah, and Ezekai.
